Service Recognition

At Montague we believe in rewarding our employees for their loyalty and long service to the Group.

The Service recognition policy was established in 2010 and exists to formally recognise significant continuous service milestones achieved by staff at the Montague Group.

In recognition of the importance of long servicing staff, an inhouse program of service awards is undertaken annually.

Service award certificates and gifts are awarded for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years service milestones. Long serving employees are also honoured with a lunch and publication in the monthly newsletter, Cold Facts, Fresh Ideas.
